We offer free standard shipping to mainland UK for orders of over £100. For expedited mainland UK shipping and EU shipping costs please see the tables below.

We are not currently shipping products outside of Europe due to logistical issues. Once they have been solved we will enable Worldwide shipping.

EU Shipping

Shipping to the EU will be made by either UPS, DPD or ParcelForce. Shipping times quoted below are approximate and may be shorter or longer depending on your exact location with in the destination country.

Additional Charges

There may be additional charges for some customers based in the EU. This is due to the extra charges that couriers may charge to deliver to your location and we can not incorporate in to our standard shipping charges. These may include islands or outlying regions with limited coverage by our chosen courier. Instances where extra charges would be applicable we will always contact you by email to confirm such charges and ways which they may be paid or alternatively we can cancel the order.


When will my order be despatched

Any order placed before 2pm and in stock will be processed and despatched the same working day wherever possible. Please do not hesitate to phone us for urgent orders. See delivery options above for the estimated timescale of delivery after despatch has been confirmed. If there is a problem with the processing of your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be aware occasionally we may ask for further clarification of the order details you have given. This is purely due to the extra security protocols we have in place for our and your protection. Any order after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following working day which is usually a Monday (except for Bank holidays etc.). For clarity our statement of "working days" are those from Monday to Friday, and exclude UK bank / public holidays.


What happens if an item on my order is not available

If any part of your order is not available for immediate despatch you will be notified during the basket / checkout process. For UK customers we will generally despatch the available items immediately*, and despatch the remainder of your order when it becomes available (at no extra cost). Sorry but for EU customers we would not automatically despatch available items separately, we would only send ordered items together when all are available. If you do wish to despatch available items separately then please contact us for any cost implication.

* Orders that contain 'when bought with' items can only be despatched once everything in the order is in stock; if you need in stock items in a hurry please place a separate order for those products.

Order Tracking

Your order can be tracked after email confirmation of 'order despatch' has been sent to you. For order tracking you must have registered for an account, wherein you can sign in and locate your order(s) and selected the 'shipment details' link.


Shipping to an alternative address

Our new system does allow UK delivery to an alternative address other than that which is the registered card holder address. However this must done at the time of the order, and applies to UK online orders only (not over the telephone). The main invoice address must be the address of where the card is registered to. You can then simply select 'delivery to alternative address' (such as your daytime work address etc.) in the checkout section of this website. This is only available to customers based in the UK. For customers in Europe we can only send to the cardholders address at this time, unless payment is made by bank transfer. Please contact us for bank transfer details. Please be aware that occasionally we may require further information to enable smooth order processing.
